MOUNA ABBASSY SHARES HER ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY WITH SHELEAD We were thrilled to host Mouna Abbassy, the inspiring founder and CEO of izil Beauty, visit our BSH ME office and share her incredible journey with our SheLead women’s network as part our Women in Business series. Born in Morocco and now based in Dubai, Mouna grew up surrounded by medicinal herbs and handcrafted beauty products. Today, she leads IZIL, a natural skincare brand celebrating its 10th anniversary, known for its high-quality organic ingredients. During her visit, Mouna spoke about the challenges she faced transitioning from a corporate employee to running her own successful business venture offering invaluable insights on overcoming obstacles as a woman. She delved into the origins of IZIL, highlighting how her passion for natural skincare led to a thriving business.
