Elder Abuse Conference

Register today for Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin’s statewide Elder Abuse Conference. The training will be held September 26, 2024, at the Graduate Hotel in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This all-day event is free and open to the public. Law enforcement, medical professionals, providers, attorneys and home caregivers are welcome to learn how to better protect older and developmentally disabled adults.


Cybersecurity Summit

October 7-8, 2024

Statehouse Convention Center, Little Rock

Attorney General Tim Griffin will host a Cybersecurity Summit October 7-8, 2024, at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock at no cost to attendees. The summit will feature the Director of the federal Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Jen Easterly, as the keynote speaker. The summit will be held in cooperation with the fifth annual Forge Institute Cyber Summit, also taking place at the Statehouse Convention Center.


Stop Overdose Summit

The Summit features six breakout tracks:

Clinical track – Pharmacists, Nurses, Doctors, and others in the medical field
Counseling/Recovery track – Anyone who is involved in the counseling and recovery field
Criminal Justice track – Law Enforcement community
Education/Prevention track – Educators, Community coalitions, and anyone involved or interested in the education and prevention of opioid abuse
Family track – For any family and friends impacted by opioid abuse
Youth track – For high-school age youth (NEW THIS YEAR)
