    Corporate Change Process including organizational, cultural and process changes.
    Focusing on the transformation of the processes from traditional to agile software development.

  • Redisign and RFP of the Global WAN and Network Security Services

    Complete redesign of the Global WAN architecture (around 900 sites in 90 countries, 24.000 VPN remote users) and Security Services (Cloud based Web Protection Services, Firewall Management, VPN Remote Access, SSL Application Publishing..etc.), preparation for Cloud based services, RFP and selection process.

  • Finance BPO related organizational change

    The Group decided to engage to a BPO for all finance services. This resulted in an organizational transition of all major Finance Services delivered by Atlas Copco Business Services in the countries in scope (like in Austria) to an external partner. Also the majority of the internal staff related to the services was affected which resulted in outplacement or internal transitions.

  • Implemtation of ITIL based processes

    Mapping of existing processes and design, documentation and implementation of ITIL based processes such as Event Management, Pro-active Capacity Management, Problem Managment, Change Management ..etc.

  • Global Video Conferencing Service design and implementation

    Design (technical, commercial, roadmap..etc.) marketing and implementation of a new Tandberg / Cisco based Video Conferencing Service globally. Implementing the externally hosted service, building up a support model and a global support organization, marketing and rolling out the new service across the globe based on individual decisions of every Business Unit.

  • Go Future IT (GoFIT) CT-IS Datacenter Integration

    Organizational change process as a result of the IT Governance changes implemented in 2008-2010, while integrating all operational IT Service Organizations and Services into the internal Supply Organization (Atlas Copco Business Services).
    Scope of the Services was the integration of the Group's largest internal datacenter @Wilrijk, Belgium as well as the externally provided hosting services managed by the same team.

    Today around 15.000 nodes are connected and a pilotintegration to a Jabber based Unified Communication platform is ongoing.

  • Go Future IT (GoFIT) Integration of the Network Support Group

    Organizational change process as a result of the IT Governance changes implemented in 2008-2010, while integrating all operational IT Service Organizations and Services into the internal Supply Organization (Atlas Copco Business Services).
    Scope of the Services was the entire operation of the global WAN, Remote Access Services, Firewalls and core LAN infrastructures.

  • Group Performance System (GPS)

    Implementation of the hosting infrastructure as well as building up the global (24/7) support model for the Group's new SAP Outlooksoft based global reporting application called GPS

  • Client Support and Central Iinfrastructure Operation and Support Services - Outsourcing / RFP

    New RFP for the extention / replacement of the existing Client Support and Central Infrastrucrture Operations and Suppurt Services and outsourcing new additional services. The Project resulted in a provider change and and in a smooth and successfull transition of the services to a new partner.

  • Revenue Management Application and consolidation

    Designing a data consolidation database (MS SQL based) and building up jointly with the Revenue Manager a consolidated Revenue Management Application for the Accor Hotels in Austria. Solution using Big Data and Analytics technologies and providing predictions and extrapolated information for the future based on current data pattern and historical trends and experiences.

  • Client Support and Central Iinfrastructure Operation and Support Services - Outsourcing / RFP

    Designing the new externally delivered services model and running an RFP for the new Client Support and Central Infrastrucrture Operations and Suppurt Services. Concluding the contract and implementing the new external service. The contract has been in place for 2 period until 2005.

  • ERP / PMS (Property Management System) standardization and migration

    Migration of all (at that time 21) Accor Hotels' PMS system to the group's standard Hogatex PMS system. Implementation of all interfaces, data migration from legacy system, focus on smooth transition without affecting the hotels' operation and the guests commodity.
