We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of multiple major projects with our long-term partner, a global supply chain solutions provider specialising in logistics and distribution for the food services industry. In response to significant business growth, the company has transitioned from their current facility in Dandenong to two new state-of-the-art facilities in Victoria. Stow Australia was engaged to engineer and deliver an optimal storage solution for both sites to support this transition. Through weekly meetings and meticulous planning, we addressed critical factors such as specific racking requirements, fire sprinkler elevations and product damage issues. We increased flexibility, storage capacity, and efficiency by replacing outdated systems with a modern Stow Atlas shuttle solution, while significantly reducing damages. Both sites were completed on time and within budget, meeting all the client's operational requirements. Stow Australia is the market leader and trusted partner for advanced static and automated racking solutions in Australia.   In collaboration with one of Europe’s largest systems integrators, we have manufactured and are currently installing a sophisticated racking structure designed to support a high-performance automated shuttle system. Since early 2022, Stow has been working with this integrator to engineer and design the specific racking requirements. Stow Australia is proud to announce the successful award of our second fully automated 2D Movu Robotics Atlas pallet solution in Australia. With our first contract currently under construction we are excited to partner with another Australian business on this groundbreaking project.    Our client, a widely respected company in the meat industry, required an automated pallet storage solution with freezer capabilities. Stow was chosen as the preferred partner due to our premium solution and extensive industry expertise. Leveraging the Stow 2D shuttle and its associated components capable of transporting 1200kg pallets in temperatures as low as -25°, along with a vertical pallet lift system facilitating a fully automated 3D structure will deliver the solution to meet the client's operational requirements.   This turnkey solution will provide a robust storage facility, bridging the client's gap between production lines and outbound goods. The racking structure, which stands at over 18 metres in height can accommodate 2,500 pallet locations and is unsurpassed in storage density.   The team at Stow and our partners look forward to successfully installing this impressive structure and commissioning a Warehouse Control System to seamlessly integrate with the existing WMS. The shuttles and WCS will work in tandem, day and night, to allow the client to sequence upcoming orders internally to the storage structure, boosting pallet storage and space utilisation in the dock area.   The 2D shuttle is the most energy-efficient way to move a pallet and with our regenerative lift system putting electricity back into the grid, this is one of the more sustainable solutions on the market.
