HR Business Partner, Antwerp, Belgium, c€70,000 plus bonus and car, Permanent

Our client is a global leader in innovative manufacturing solutions with a reputation for excellence. Due to a number of recent business changes and acquisitions, they are now seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner based in Antwerp to support their Corporate Functions in Belgium.

Reporting to the EMEA Vice President of HR, this key role will partner with senior leaders across Belgium and Europe, serving as a strategic partner to the organisation's leadership team. As the HR Business Partner, you will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives, execute recruitment strategies, manage succession planning, and foster positive employee relations. You will ensure effective performance management, manage local compensation and benefits and ensure HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will develop HR strategies that support the organisation's business objectives and analyse HR data to identify issues impacting the business unit.

With proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with strong strategic and operational HR skills, you are a confident, commercially aware and pragmatic HR leader with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships at all levels of an organisation.
