Typcal is a Brazilian FoodTech that works with mycelium fermentation to create new ingredients for the food industry. M2D1 Biossegurança is a deep tech company that develops innovative solutions for agricultural and human health biosafety Gran Moar is a biotech startup that transforms brewer’s spent grain into nutritious and sustainable flour for human consumption. Vaca Roxa manufactures an IoT digital racket capable of identifying the degree of mastitis infection of each teat so that the dairy, veterinarian, or producer can monitor the quality of the raw material to be processed. Surreal Bisks is a healthy snack, gluten-free and vegan startup, committed to valorising Brazilian native ingredients. Bioplix is a technology-based startup that develops technologies based on formulations with natural, biodegradable, and renewable source polymers. Updairy is the first Brazilian food tech startup to develop alternative dairy proteins through precision fermentation.   🥂 You did us proud. Alavancar e promover inovação e tecnologia são pilares fundamentais para tornar sistemas de produção agrícolas mais sustentáveis. No evento Conexão Corporates & Startups, promovido pela PwC Agtech Innovation, pudemos compartilhar um pouco da experiência vivenciada na parceria com a startup LandPrint no âmbito do Programa Soja Sustentável do Cerrado, financiado pelo Land Innovation Fund, com o apoio estratégico da Cargill e outras instituições do setor público e privado.

O Programa Soja Sustentável do Cerrado foi um dos cases apresentados ontem, durante o Conexão Corporates & Startups, na sede da PwC AgTech Innovation, em Piracicaba. No painel, com mediação de Aline Amorim, a diretora-ajuda de Projetos e Programas do Land Innovation Fund, Mariana Galvão 🏳️🌈, o CEO e fundador da LandPrint, Daniele Cesano, e o Analista de Sustentabilidade Low Carbon da Cargill, Jorge Gustavo, discutiram como o intercâmbio entre mentores, produtores rurais, empreendedores e representantes da iniciativa privada ajudou a construir uma iniciativa inédita de fomento ao ecossistema de inovação, com foco na fazenda, para o desenvolvimento agrícola sustentável. Desde que foi lançado, em março de 2021, o Programa Soja Sustentável do Cerrado selecionou 34 startups para integrar o portfólio, com soluções que abrangem toda a propriedade rural, desde a área produtiva até a floresta em pé. Desse total, 24 projetos implementados por 28 startups receberam aporte financeiro de recursos não-reembolsáveis do Startup Finance Facility (SFF), ferramenta de gestão e fomento para o desenvolvimento, testagem e implementação das soluções de inovação.
