Vaca Roxa manufactures an IoT digital racket capable of identifying the degree of mastitis infection of each teat so that the dairy, veterinarian, or producer can monitor the quality of the raw material to be processed. Surreal Bisks is a healthy snack, gluten-free and vegan startup, committed to valorising Brazilian native ingredients. Bioplix is a technology-based startup that develops technologies based on formulations with natural, biodegradable, and renewable source polymers. Updairy is the first Brazilian food tech startup to develop alternative dairy proteins through precision fermentation. 🥂 You did us proud.
