"I joined Azelis 11 years ago as a Business Controller at Corporate. In October 2016, I transitioned to the business side, becoming Finance Manager in Benelux and overseeing the finance team in Belgium and the Netherlands. The operational expertise I gained during this role was ideal preparation for joining the M&A team in October 2018. At that time, the M&A team consisted of just two people. We handled everything from sourcing to execution and integration for each project. Over time, we realized that integration was a crucial part of the M&A process and needed more dedicated focus. Over the past years, I gradually took on more responsibility for post-merger integration (PMI), and earlier this year, my role was formalized as Group PMI Coordinator and PMI Manager for EMEA. At Azelis, we embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, which I believe is essential for a successful integration process. We are committed to learning, improving, and reflecting on the lessons learned. My role is focused on continuously enhancing the PMI process within Azelis, aiming for a seamless transition for any newly acquired company into the Azelis family. Azelis has taught me team spirit, resilience, and the value of working together as one international family in a supportive environment.
