The Shyft Is Happening🌱 Together with our partner WeShyft GmbH, we are gradually moving closer to the European Sustainability Reporting Standard. Last week, we kicked off this project at our German headquarters and, together with the WeShyft team, discussed initial details of the procedure for the upcoming double materiality assesment and subsequent data collection for the sustainability report. WeShyft has been supporting us with the task of sustainability reporting since the beginning of 2023 and is working with us to set the course for the legal requirements that will apply to us from 2026. Once again, La Furia Roja threw a spanner in the works of the German national football team... despite this, around 60 colleagues with families and friends enjoyed an exciting evening of football together at our Experience Centre last Friday! 💙⚽🇩🇪 Our auditorium was quickly transformed into a small public viewing arena and the audience watched the quarter-final match between the German national team and Spain, even if it wasn't enough to win. Nevertheless, the football fever that many had missed for so long was finally back in Germany this year! Many thanks to our Office Management Team for organising this cool football evening! Spontaneous events like this, alongside big international meetings lasting several days and our legendary Christmas party, are just a small part of the benefits that make the working atmosphere at the Adam Hall Group a very special one and ensure that employees feel comfortable here. Do you know which are the most important music styles in modern music history? Perhaps flower power, rock'n'roll, music of the 80s and techno? For us, they are and at the same time part of the fact about Adam Hall Group No. 15! In our Experience Centre, we have a total of 4 balloon-shaped wing chairs that originally came from Paris and were painted in London with motifs that represent the 4 music styles. Our Rock'N'Roll Library is not just an exhibition of fascinating memorabilia, but also a museum intended to provide insights into music history and other arts. The chairs in our Rock'N'Roll Library are not only real eye-catchers, but also incredibly cosy (except for the one with the spiked backrests 😉) and a perfect place for quiet conversations. Music is not only scientifically a universal language that everyone understands. It also overcomes cultural boundaries and differences. And for many of us it is so much more... it brings back memories, it gives comfort, strength, courage and energy, it is able to transport emotions in an incomparable way and it brings people (closer) together. Get on the mat and show off your sun salutations! 🧘♂️☀ Many yogis celebrate the summer solstice, which happens every year on 20 June, with 108 sun salutations - sore muscles guaranteed! 😉 But why are we telling you this? Because Yoga alongside sports courses for a strong back, ergonomics advice in the workplace, cooperation with sports clubs and gyms, participation in sporting events and other offers are all part of our company health management programme. By the way: On 21 June, in addition to Midsummer, many people also celebrate World Yoga Day.
