Successful AI Deployment at Wamtechnik! We are thrilled to announce our successful AI collaboration with Wamtechnik, a leading battery pack distributor and manufacturer in Piaseczno, Poland. This partnership marks a significant step forward in manufacturing excellence. AI-Powered Precision Since 2020, we’ve been part of the KITT4SME project, working with other European AI developers and SMEs. In collaboration with Wamtechnik and the Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), we implemented the Shop-floor Anomaly Detection System (SADS). This AI system uses real-time sensor data to detect and address welding anomalies, revolutionizing Wamtechnik’s quality control with faster inspections and fewer errors. Results Our AI solutions have exceeded key performance indicators at Wamtechnik. Despite global supply chain challenges, our solution has improved their Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduced production costs and minimized defects, thereby cutting material waste and boosting profitability.   Future Innovations Our journey with KITT4SME highlights the power of close collaboration with SMEs to tackle their unique challenges and develop tailored AI solutions. 🌟 Exciting News from Eraneos Analytics & Cybersecurity 🌟 We recently hosted another successful Hackathon, uniting our Data Engineers, Analysts, and Scientists to work intensively on cutting-edge topics. As an upgrade to our last hackathon our colleagues from Eraneos Cybersecurity joined as well to bring a new dimension to our hackathon: 🚀 End-to-End MLOps Pipeline: Developing an automatic retraining pipeline to improve MLOps maturity using Azure ML. ❄️ Snowflake for Machine Learning: One group focused on testing the machine learning capabilities of the Snowflake Data Cloud. They tested and compared different model training options on the platform, such as the Snowpark ML API and the Snowpark Container Service, integrating everything into an end-to-end solution including model deployment. Despite some challenges navigating this relatively new technology, it was exciting to see how ML workloads can be directly implemented where the data lives. 🛡️ Guardrailing: Implementing a Guardrailing Layer to ensure LLM chatbots provide output within the intended scope and comply with defined policies. 📜 Compliance in EU Regulations: Automating quality assessment of documentation to meet EU regulatory requirements, enhancing efficiency and reliability. 🤖 Train LLM from Scratch: Building and fine-tuning a Large Language Model from scratch, gaining deep insights into tokenization, multi-head attention layers, and the GPT architecture. The event was once again a remarkable success, demonstrating how the combination of strong expert teams pushing modern technologies can drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
