𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗰 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 🔧⚙ For six afternoons, the classroom of the “Napoleostein” primary school was transformed into a workshop. 20 students took part in the project called “Schüler entdecken Technik” (English: students learn about technology). They were supervised by three Leadec apprentices. Together with the future building services electricians, the children worked, soldered and experimented. At the end of the class, they were able to take three home-made workpieces home with them: an LED torch, a flasher and a siren. The project is organized by the association “Technology for Children.” The aim is to get children interested in technology and technical jobs in cooperation with local companies and universities. Leadec in Regensburg has been supporting the project for several years now. And who knows, maybe in a few years’ time we will welcome one of the children as an apprentice in our team. #schoolproject #apprentices #electricians #technology

With it, we have digitized and accelerated all processes and tasks related to HR work – from recruiting of employees, their administration and their further development. After one year, we can definitely say that HR managers as well as managers and employees benefit from the new system. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐜 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 You think landscaping can't be innovative? Quite the opposite! In Hungary, our team provides comprehensive facility management services for a customer in the automotive industry, including landscaping, winter services and outdoor cleaning. The particular challenge: The site covers an area of approximately 2,400,000 m2, has slopes ranging from 45 to 60 degrees, and includes a solar park. To make our services even more efficient, we are now using a state-of-the-art robotic mower. Thanks to a patented drive system, it mows in all directions, maneuvers skillfully between obstacles, and works easily on slopes with an incline of up to 60 degrees. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚’𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 Marissa has been part of the Canadian Leadec team in Oakville since 2015. She started as a technical cleaner in the final department. Since January 2023, she has been responsible for technical cleaning at the site as service line manager. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗰 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗝𝗦𝗪 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 For the second time in a row, our team in India has been recognized for the “Best Safety Performance” of the year by our customer JSW Steel. The award was presented during a ceremony on the occasion of the 53rd National Safety Day in India. To create a safe working environment, our team in India has undergone special safety trainings tailored to the services provided and conditions on site. Furthermore, additional safety trainings and audits as well as instructions on the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are carried out regularly by our local safety officers.
