It connects people with business data and analyzes employees in many ways, including how they do their jobs, what they do, how they talk to each other, and how well they feel. From basic data management to advanced predictive analytics, how well is your company doing on the HR analytics maturity scale? Good data ↳ Operational reporting. HR uses them to understand and think about what happened in the past. They may also use them to find out why past events happened the way they did. Strong data ↳ Advanced reporting. Reporting is proactive, routine, or even automated. Advanced analytics ↳ The analyses may occur in the form of developing causal models or looking at how relationships between variables affect outcomes. For example, assessing drivers of turnover. Reliable predictions ↳ HR departments gather information and use it not only to guess what will happen in the future but also to plan for it. This helps with AI-enabled analytics. We're thrilled to introduce Dongming Wang (Alan), an MBA student from ESMT Berlin, who's bringing a spark of innovation to our team as our newest working student!    Through our fantastic network partner Jue Engels, we connected with Alan, whose diverse background and genuine enthusiasm. Change fatigue, a common response in fast-paced environments, particularly when addressing sensitive issues like DEI. Sarah knew something had to shift. She had tried unconscious bias training, but it felt like just another checkbox, ineffective on its own. It didn't address deeper organizational and systemic issues. It was then she realized that for real change: 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆. We partnered with many leaders like Sarah to delve deep into the biases that were holding her team back. It breaks down culture into four types based on six key aspects, like leadership style and strategic emphasis. 👍Key advantages are:  1️⃣ It is easy to understand.  2️⃣ It is widely used with supporting research and evidence.  3️⃣ It links leadership behaviors to the strengths and weaknesses of the workplace culture which are not always considered in culture assessments. 🛑 Its main limitation is that culture types in opposite quadrants are not competing. Real-world cultures can often be a blend of different dimensions.
