𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗣𝗖𝗢 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 🙌 The first 100 days as Chief People & Culture Officer at Riverty have been a whirlwind of innovation and progress. Here’s how we're driving value for our people and partners: 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 & 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 🏄♀️ Amid continuous transformations, my priority has been to create a robust, future-ready framework and set clear priorities. By partnering with the leadership team, we restructured and launched a revised P&C organization in July. We established efficient workflows and brought all teams together for a dynamic two-day workshop in Verl to kick-start our new approach. 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 💁♀️ Effective HR tools and processes are vital for supporting our leaders and colleagues. I’ve actively engaged with our team through meetings, informal digital coffee dates, and town hall presentations across our German sites. We've rolled out a new career framework to enhance career dialogues and upskilling, recognizing both expert and leadership paths. In this journey, I’ve re-emphasized the importance of being present for all employees and addressing their diverse needs. Our hybrid working culture presents unique challenges in fostering a sense of belonging and identity. Moreover, AI and automation raise crucial questions about upskilling and workforce transformation. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 💢 How do we upskill our people? How will we transform our workforce? How will we reinvent our HR practices? I’m privileged to lead a dedicated team ready to tackle these challenges.
