🌿📸 Photo contest of VSB Croatia and Photo Club Split – Winning Photos and Exhibition Impressions 📸🌿   In June 2024 the VSB Team Croatia, led by Ante Renić, and the Photo Club Split awarded the three best photographers of the "Green – Sustainable – Achievable" photo contest. The participants were invited to submit their photos that showcase sustainable practices, environmental protection initiatives, and innovative solutions for a greener future. Whether it's capturing renewable energy sources, biodiversity conservation efforts, or eco-friendly technologies, the contest has encouraged creativity and engagement in environmental issues.   The photo competition, which took place in May, was open to all individuals interested in photography, regardless of their age or professional background. Submissions were evaluated by a panel of experts, including our very own Elizabeta Ćormehić, Project Manager at VSB Gruppe, alongside Ana Žanko and Stipe Bozic from Photo Club Split. Almost a lifelong partnership, or at least for the next few decades: We are delighted about the cooperation between VSB Gruppe and NeXtWind on the 'Zörbig' project in Saxony-Anhalt. 🤝 Together, we are developing and planning a repowering wind farm that will increase the installed capacity from around 40 megawatts to an impressive 115.2 megawatts. We are excited to announce the start of construction for our first wind farm in Schleswig-Holstein. 🚧🥳 This July, construction preparations began for the installation of two wind turbines in Flintbek, in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde. 🏗️ The foundations are expected to be in place by the end of the year. ⏳ The wind farm, with a total capacity of 11.4 megawatts, is scheduled to be operational by autumn 2025. 👍 Schleswig-Holstein holds the leading position in wind energy expansion in Germany, particularly in terms of land area . Announcing our biggest project milestone yet! 🌟 Imagine a future where clean, sustainable energy powers millions of homes across Europe.
