Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Representative with experience in protective coatings to join our team in the BNLX DACH The ideal candidate will be located within Germany, according to the candidate's preference.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is reporting to General Manager of Benelux & Dach.


The challenges of the role will be:

  • Build customer relationships based on trust and build the sales volume, be aware of the customer requirements and assess market trends.
  • Keep in touch with the clients to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc. Provides technical assistance when necessary.
  • Responsible for securing and renewing orders; works with customer services management to provide servicing levels required by the customer.
  • Builds and maintains a sales program within the territory based on strategic planning including prospecting, new business development, levels of available business and level of repeat business.
  • Applies good judgment and prompt follow through on customer complaints, returns, claims or other problems on products / services provided.
  • Provides annual sales detailing target markets and accounts.
  • Periodically analyze sales data to detect deviations in both sales and margin
  • Negotiate with distributors and customers in each market the conditions of sale, delivery and prices.
  • Investigate new markets and opportunities for further expansion of sales.
  • Technical follow-up, support and Trouble shooting in the field if needed.
  • Technical scales with regards to OEM spray equipment


Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, Chemistry degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in the industrial OEM painting industry in sales positions
  • Fluent level of English & French is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation skills with persistent way of working
  • Strategy and customer focused mindset
  • Driver's license - B category
  • Willigness for traveling
  • Nace level 2 or Frosio certification is a plus
  • Preferrably located in Frankfurt,Würzburg and Hannover
