Glastonbury - an open-air festival of superlatives. The gigantic festival not only hosts top acts, 25 stages and over 200,000 visitors, but with the artistically and creatively orientated Shangri-La Area it also contains a festival within a festival - with the NowHere Stage as its heart. ✨💛 The special thing about this stage is the visual design and the absolute creativity that characterises this area: visitors get the feeling of being in a club. ❓ But how exactly do you conjure up a club feeling on a spacious meadow with 32 OTOS® H5 and 20 ZENIT® W600 SMD? 236 PIXBAR® 400 IP G2, one mission: to transform the lighting design of the "I Love Reggaeton" festival in Spain into an absolute eye-catcher. 💥 And that's exactly what they did: installed in rows by FLUGE, the LED bars traced the pyramid contours of the stage design and framed the 50m wide and 20m high stage. The result: absolutely striking geometric highlights. In addition to their flexible installation options and outdoor suitability, they also impressed with their enormous light output - the brightness even had to be dimmed after sunset. As an additional support, ZENIT® W600s were used to create atmospheric colour gradients and conjure up the perfect atmosphere for the 30,000 festival visitors. How do you illuminate a six-meter-high abstract outdoor artwork made almost entirely of metal? Lighting designer Jan Simon from JS Light AB tried it with a handful of DURA® SPOT 200 and created a skillful scene for Eric Langert's new street art artwork in Gothenburg, Sweden. ✨ Jan only needed 5 DURA® SPOT 200 IP67 Install spots with RGBW LEDs inside the sculpture on the ground to illuminate the ship-like structure in various colours regardless of wind and weather. 🌦 Additionally, the lighting was used to intensify the natural moiré effect (optical phenomenon created when two patterns overlap) of the towering lattice basket. The DURA® SPOT 200 can withstand all weather conditions and are perfect for illuminating buildings and objects of all kinds. A Crystal wing (Slovakian Krištáľové krídlo) – this is the shape of the award for outstanding achievements presented to the winners of the eponymous award show at the Slovak National Theater in Bratislava. In March the „Krištáľové krídlo“ was held for the 27th time in categories such as music, journalism, medicine, business and many more. 🏆🎵 A team from Hurricane.sk Event Production & Design took charge of the production and event technology for the award show, which was broadcasted live on television. 🎥 In addition to a large number of LED screens, the stage was dominated by the PIXBAR® 650 C PRO LED bars, which were arranged in five groups of four in the center above the main screen and moved down as a backdrop for live music acts.
