The State of Delaware’s awareness and response to the global IT operational outage began Friday, July 19 around 1:00 a.m. Significant progress has been made by many employees and our partners across the state to restore the technology that enables state agencies to deliver services.

Work continues to ensure all state computer devices are operational and employees can access systems to provide support to Delaware residents and visitors.

  • Most (Applications/System) Servers have been remediated; ALL Servers are expected to be remediated by the end of the weekend.
  • Many Desktops/Laptops are remediated; Desktop/Laptop remediation in some agencies will carry into next week.

Please be aware that State of Delaware IT systems are affected by a worldwide outage impacting Microsoft operating systems.

DTI and statewide IT leaders are responding to this issue.

Please be patient as we work to restore service.
