Abdul Latif Jameel, one of the world's leading companies in the automotive field, has been appointed as a new distributor for Ford Trucks in Egypt. The company will provide sales and after-sales to Ford Trucks customers. Thus expanding Ford brand to cover medium and heavy duty trucks, along with the wide range of passenger cars. Vehicle line up stands out for low fuel consumption, variety of different superstructures for different requirements, easy serviceability and competitive price. Ford Trucks has been awarded as the third best brand in International Truck of the Year 2016 event with the all-new Construction series. Ford Trucks currently introduces vehicles to the market that meet the Euro 3 emission standards with highly competitive product offerings. 4 years of 750 engineers’ work, € 150 million invested in the development, more than 2 million km of test drive in 8 different regions across 3 continents under the world’s toughest conditions – all of these factors resulted in the all-new heavy duty series, equipped with the in-house Ecotorq® engines. The new Ford Trucks series that stand out with Power, Efficiency and Technology features, and equipped with new E3 Ecotorq® engines aiming to conquer the roads with the new brand slogan “Sharing the load”. Ford Trucks currently operates through Eastern and Central Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia and Turkish Republics in 25 countries.
