💡 En ROADIS, ¿apostamos por la formación en innovación de nuestro talento? ¡Claro que sí! Para nosotros la innovación es un atributo que define nuestra forma de trabajar. Por eso, tenemos el objetivo de contagiar a los empleados ese “espíritu innovador” tan importante y que nos caracteriza. ¿Quieres saber cómo? 👨🏫 A través del programa piloto de un “Innovation MBA”, hemos creado un curso completo de innovación, desarrollado por expertos en distintas áreas, para 23 ROADIERS de diferentes países donde operamos. En este curso han recibido herramientas prácticas sobre ideación, creatividad, estrategia y otros conceptos relacionados con las metodologías de innovación. 🚀 El resultado ha sido muy satisfactorio para los participantes y muy pronto estaremos viendo los frutos de seguir apostando por la innovación en el día a día de los compañeros. ¡Muchas gracias a todos los participantes! 🙌

👏 ¡Estamos de enhorabuena! El Viaducto Santa Catarina, la extensión de la Autopista Monterrey-Saltillo que abrió al público el pasado 2023, es uno de los finalistas que optan al Premio Integración – Logística y Transporte Sostenible en los GRI Infra Awards Mexico 2024.  🌁Sabemos que se trata de una institución de referencia en el sector de infraestructura, y por eso nos alegra que el GRI Club Infrastructure reconozca el Viaducto Santa Catarina como un proyecto que contribuye al desarrollo sostenible y el bienestar de las comunidades en México. ☀️Last Friday, at NH 6- Surat-Hazira Expressway (SHE), a new 180 kW solar power plant was inaugurated at the Mandal Toll Plaza. ⚡This power plant is estimated to generate 2.26 lakh units of electricity annually, reducing 185 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The annual energy conservation is also equivalent to planting approximately 1,110 trees. 🌱 This is a big step for ROADIS to reduce our carbon footprint and achieve a more sustainable business model. It is a great example of our commitment to environmental sustainability and the use of clean energy. 👏We want to congratulate the entire ROADIS team that made this possible, from HQ to all the teams in India, especially those at NH-6, for putting their efforts into working towards a greener future. 

🙋♂️ To conclude IBTTA's Global Road Safety Week, we would like to show an example of how ROADIS, as an industry, is constantly looking for new ideas to innovate and contribute even more to the safety of users. 🚧🚨📲 This project was implemented in 2022 by the Concessionaire of the A-4 in Madrid. It involves automating a process of warning highway users through the popular navigation portal Waze. Every time the signalling arrows of a highway maintenance vehicle are raised, a notification automatically appears in the application indicating, in real-time, where the highway vehicle is stopped so that the user can drive with special caution. 💡 This is a success story for ROADIS as a project developed in one of the company's concessions through our #innovation funnel. At ROADIS, innovation is one of our attributes. Through new ideas, we want to increase the safety and value for users of our assets. #BeSafeTogether #YourSafetyOurPriority #roadsafety

Today's IBTTA Global Road Safety Week aims to raise awareness of the problem of impaired driving. When driving, alcohol inhibits your senses and makes you more likely to have a traffic accident. If you have been drinking or plan to drink, leave your car parked. Call a taxi or vehicle with a driver. Don't expose yourself to risk. Small decisions like these protect you and other drivers on the road. #YourSafetyOurPriority #BeSafeTogether

According to several studies, speeding is behind 1 in 5 road accidents. As part of IBTTA's Global Road Safety Week, today we focus on this problem as one of the main issues to address in #roadsafety. Observing speed limits is essential. Speeding reduces the ability to anticipate unexpected events. Every little thing adds up. #BeSafeTogether #YourSafetyOurPriority

ROADIS, as a member of the IBTTA, is proud to announce its participation in #BeSafeTogether, a new global #roadsafety campaign to educate drivers about the actions they can take to make our roads safer for all users. The campaign includes global messaging, digital promotion, and public and driver engagement, including IBTTA’s first Global Road Safety Week, which will take place from June 24-28. ROADIS will participate in the campaign, showcasing the tolling industry’s commitment to safety through our work to build and maintain safe roads and emphasizing to drivers that the little choices they make at each step of their journey can make a real difference in others’ lives. For José Antonio Labarra Blanco, CEO of ROADIS, "for many years now we have adopted the slogan: your safety is our priority. We are permanently working on initiatives to help increase this safety, including awareness campaigns for all drivers travelling through our highways. Observing speed rules, not using your mobile phone at the wheel or not drinking alcohol before driving are simple actions that save your life and the lives of other road users".
