You will be the responsible to manage all our customers platforms to ensure the smooth running of business flow and to give wide support to business administrative activities.
Responsabilities
The main responsability is to manage documentation in customers' platforms including activities as:
user profiles management
suppliers’ evaluation questionnaires and documentation updates
tracking of orders & quotes for qualification and assignment to the correct department
inclusion of quotes, invoices, orders and any type of commercial documentation/agreements in the platforms, etc.
Support, together with our Digital Marketing responsible, to administrative tasks related to marketing & comms: leads classification, support in campaigns, etc.

Requirements
Experience managing customers’ platforms (Ariba, Coupa, BravoSolution, Taulia, GoSupply, ComplyWorks, etc) & similar administrative functions. We are looking for an administrative profile.
Good command of English (min. B2 is desirable) / Native Spanish
Very familiar with MS office software & SAP CRM
Personality
Organized person, good task management, versatile. Proactive and solution oriented
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Location: Coslada (Madrid).
