About The Position

Thanks to a continuous three figure growth (+170% FY22 vs FY21) and ambitious expansion plans we are looking to strengthen our organization further with a Country Manager for the Spanish market. We are currently entering an exciting phase (startup to scaleup) and expanding our market presence further in the Nordic countries and in Europe. Our clients range from some of Europe’s largest banks and iGaming companies to smaller, innovative businesses.

As Country Manager - Spain at Kreditz you will primarily drive new business revenue in the Spanish market. Your responsibility is for the Spanish sales budget. Consider yourself the catalyst for helping our customers to launch innovative credit scoring solutions based on Open Banking- & AI technology.

This role is an important part of Kreditz European expansion, which is led by our Chief Growth Officer. The role requires you to be confident enough to handle the sales process independently, but you will also have backing from the European BDR team with leads, prospects and meeting bookings. You will work closely with multiple key stakeholders in Kreditz different departments to be able to deliver the right solutions for each customer's needs. Your responsibility covers the majority of the sales process; from client meetings/demos to signed contracts and continuous follow ups within your dedicated market.

TASKS

Some Of The Tasks You Will Be Performing

  • Scheduling sales meetings and performing presentations/demos about Kreditz products
  • Act as an advisor to prospects, new clients & partners regarding Kreditz products
  • Sales negotiations and deal setup
  • Support new clients & partners from initial deal to up-and-running product
  • Help refine, and execute growth strategy in current sales processes
  • Staying up-to-date with the regulatory environment and various data sources

Additionally, We Believe That You Have

  • Strong local experience from B2B sales in Financial Services & strong business network (required)
  • Previous background/experience from the credit scoring industry is very meritorious
  • A strong ability to incorporate new knowledge (product & technology)
  • An ability to easily familiarize yourself with various customer business models and find innovation opportunities
  • A mentality to roll up your sleeves and do the work that is necessary, an unpretentious mindset
  • Fluent communications skills in Spanish and English (speech/writing), and as good in person as you are communicating by phone
  • Experience from PSD2, Open Banking, SaaS, and complex sales is meritorious

Fixed monthly salary + sales based commission
