We’re hiring for a Junior Financial Analyst as part of Merkle in Barcelona.

As a Junior Financial Analyst you will:

• Assist on managing the revenue recognition process
• Support in external audit
• Support in intercompany process tracking
• Prepare month end reconciliations (Blackline)
• JSOX report creation
• Assist with monitoring reduction of aged unbilled in line with group target of 50% reduction by end of year
• Sample checks with the method of revenue recognition.
  
  

Qualifications

What we are looking for in you

• A Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar (Master’s will be a plus)
• 1- 2 years of work experience in Audit, Financial controlling or Financial consultancy
• Good communication skills, team player, autonomous and proactive
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Good English is essential as most of our communication takes place in English
• Strong capabilities in attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good troubleshooting/problem-solving skills and decision-making.
