Operations Director

We are looking for an Operations Manager!

What you’ll do:

• Represent Stay Unique: Ensure compliance with all company standards at all times across properties and destinations.
• Coordinate and Manage Stakeholders: Handle contract negotiations and maintain healthy relationships.
• Improve Operational Setup: Actively contribute to process optimization, prioritizing scalability.
• Drive Guest Satisfaction: Achieve targeted financial revenues and contribute to overall company objectives.
• Control Cost Performance: Enhance financial performance.
• Landlord Relationship Management: Manage relationships with property owners.
• Monthly Reporting: Report on the performance of the properties and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
• Build and Lead the Operations Team: Manage, Revenue Managment, Equipment, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guests and Owners comunicattion.

What we are looking for:

• +3 years of experience managing teams of 10 or more people.
• +5 years of experience in operations leadership positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Accommodation industry or related field. Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
• You take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
• You learn quickly and adapt to Stay U-nique culture.
• You are humble and open to new ideas.
• Understanding financial operational data.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and from the office 5 days a week.
