Esteemed Finnish universities conferred honorary doctorates upon two remarkable individuals for FinVector's tale: Dr Frederik Paulsen and Professor Seppo Ylä-Herttuala. Dr. Frederik Paulsen, Emeritus Chairman of the Ferring Group, will receive dual honorary doctorates — one from the University of Oulu and another from the University of Lapland. His legacy extends beyond Ferring, encompassing polar exploration, climate change science, and Arctic cooperation. Professor Seppo Ylä-Herttuala, a pioneer in gene therapy research, bridges the gap between science and clinical practice. He was conferred an honorary doctorate at the University of Oulu and the Faculty of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine. FinVectorin kevään 2024 rekrykoulutukset ovat päättyneet ja valmistujaiset on juhlittu 👩🎓 👨🎓   FinVector Oy on toteuttanut kaksi rekrykoulutusta reilun puolen vuoden aikana, josta on työllistynyt yli 20 asiantuntijaa suoraan työelämään. On ollut upeaa nähdä näitä lukuja yhteistyön tuloksena:   Syksy 2023 🙋♂️ 🙋♀️ Hakijoita n.150 👨🔬 👩🔬 13 on jatkanut koulutuksen jälkeen vakituisessa työsuhteessa FinVectorilla Kevät 2024 🙋♂️🙋♀️ Hakijoita 190 👨🔬 👩🔬 11 jatkaa FinVectorilla vakinaisessa työsuhteessa 17.5. alkaen Näissä koulutuksissa rikottiin ennätyksiä niin FinVectorin, kuin Sakkynkin osalta upeilla hakijamäärillä! Yhteistyössä on todellakin voimaa!
