VIVIENDA is the governing body in matters of urban planning, housing, construction and sanitation responsible for designing, regulating, promoting, supervising, evaluating and executing sectoral policy, contributing to the competitiveness and sustainable territorial development of the country, preferably for the benefit of the population of less resources.
ACTIVITY RELATED TO LOW GHG AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND RESILIENT BUILDINGS
VIVIENDA is the line body responsible for formulating national and sectoral policies in the areas of construction and sanitation, as well as issuing regulations, directives, guidelines and procedures, and regulate the promotion of private investment and the development of the real estate market, being a relevant in the evaluation and specification of climate change in the field of construction and sanitation, and in the design and implementation of mitigation goals and associated adaptation.
