Founded in 1826 in the heart of London, UCL is London's leading multidisciplinary university, with more than 13,000 staff and 38,000 students from 150 different countries.

The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment was formed in 1919 with a bold and radical agenda, and we hold true to this through our vision is of a world where everything that’s built aims to add to the well-being of people and the environment. The Bartlett has been ranked as the top institution in the world for Architecture / Built Environment Subjects in the QS World Rankings. Through education, ideas and research that are inventive, forward-thinking and cross-disciplinary, we seek to encourage more innovative, collaborative responses to the world’s challenges from those involved in the creation of our cities, towns and settlements.
