𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐬. 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Adoption means the consistent use of digital solutions by employees and customers. Deployment is just the beginning; without adoption, you won't see a return on your investment. 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: For every $1 spent on developing a digital solution, plan to spend at least another $1 on adoption efforts – including process changes, user training, and change management. The question is more: what type of? Not the fluffy, general kind. 𝗪𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. About: ▶️𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗥 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗜? ▶️𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝗥 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗜-𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? This isn't just about productivity gains. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. It is fine to start where we you are. Whether it’s a first, and still generic conversation. Or admitting you feel lost. It’s really okay. 𝗔𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴. 🎯✨𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹? Based on our experience to transform drive into impactful action, you need to have at least two things: 🔸𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 🔸𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 – 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆, 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻.     Friday wasn't just A DAY. It was my BDAY. In fact, it was a double CDAY. 🌷✨ 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: July marks not only my birthday but also that of Hybridge Consulting. A year ago, Fanni Kadocsa came to me with a brilliant idea. Powering business with people insights. And so, our mission began. In just a year, we've built a community of nearly 1000 followers, embarked on amazing projects, gained invaluable experiences, and built strategic partnerships with Microsoft, EY, and IFUA Horváth. 🎯💡𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘: Arriving at this clarity was a journey. In 2017, I chose to embrace the role of a 🎶Solo🎶preneur. Leaving the grand orchestra of corporations behind, I started playing my tune with new clients. - with esthra - HR Orchestration. It “sounds” that this approach is still what clients appreciate. Time and time again, I have new projects to tune them to success with the transformational power of music. Since 2018, my focus expanded to include AI, realizing its crucial role in our future. Thanks Nancy Nemes ❤️ for inviting me to this "table". Integrating new technologies into the modern company became essential, highlighting the need for a balance of High Human and High Tech. Through this journey, it became clear that our future efforts must also be driven by High Purpose and Responsibility. Stereo transformation is not enough. I owe a great deal to PHI Institute for Augmented Intelligence and George A. Tilesch and the team for embodying these principles in everything we accomplished together. The latest BCG X study on AI at work just dropped, and it's eye-opening 📊 (Check out the link in the comments for the full study) But here's what caught my eye the most. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬: Nr 1 🦾🔸Lack of AI/GenAI literacy in non-tech roles Nr 2 🦾🔸Uncertainty about when to use GenAI Nr 3 🦾🔸Lack of AI/GenAI technology talent 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀:  Nr 2 🦾🔸Difficulty redeploying workers effectively Nr 3 🦾🔸Difficulty changing workflows Nr 5 🦾🔸 Lack of AI/GenAI literacy in non-tech roles 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿:  𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. Even the uncertainty about GenAI use stems from a lack of understanding and readiness. 🎯𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗘𝗢𝘀, 𝗖𝗜𝗢𝘀, 𝗖𝗧𝗢𝘀 – 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗛𝗥 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁?  🎯𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢𝘀, 𝗛𝗥 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 – 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?
