Once these employees welcome their long-awaited addition, it is crucial that they have time to bond and care for their child. 💡Parent's Leave With Parent's Leave increasing from 7 weeks to 9 weeks from the 1st of August 2024, this will play a pivotal role for the wellbeing of the child and for the parents who have endured the challenging journey of IVF.
