Take a look at our new inclusivity initiative at our global headquarters in Cork, Ireland. Our employee-led UNlimited BRG and DE&I team created neurodiverse friendly office spaces by repainting rooms, bringing in furniture with tilt and rock movements, adding headphones, canteen partitions, standing desks and more. The daily lives of those living with visible or invisible neurodiverse conditions may be impacted in ways that appear unconventional or associated with stigmas. People with neurological differences may perceive noises, images, smells and social interactions differently. Research shows that things like privacy, quiet spaces, soft furnishings, calming décor, and soothing lighting can help promote equality, inclusion and a sense of belonging.
