Analyze performance data and develop action plans for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in business development, preferably in the aggregate business or related industry. Strong understanding of the Direct Selling Agent and Business Partner ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
