Responsibilities

➔ Brand Promotion, Visibility & Compliance: Plan and execute offline branding strategies to

enhance brand visibility and promote brand awareness across all 1000+ hotels Pan India. Ensure

consistency in brand representation and messaging across all touchpoints

➔ Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for various branding initiatives,

ensuring the quality and timely execution of branding materials and activities. This includes

negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

➔ Offline Marketing Collaterals: Collaborate with the marketing team to create offline marketing

collaterals such as consistent branding elements, merchandise, and other promotional materials

that effectively communicate the brand message and values.

➔ Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute offline shoots/events and activations to

support brand initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns. This involves liaising

with the operations team, marketing team, and overseeing the setup and execution of events.

➔ Data Tracking & Financial Oversight: Develop and implement systems for managing and tracking

costs and budgets associated with procured materials and services. Additionally, facilitate the

virtual approval process and provide feedback for all branding touchpoints across all properties

in collaboration with Area Operations Managers (AOMs).

➔ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing,

central quality, operations, and finance to align offline branding initiatives with overall business

objectives and ensure seamless execution.

➔ Training and Support: Provide training and support to hotel staff and partners on brand

guidelines, ensuring that they understand and adhere to brand standards in their day-to-day

activities.


Skills & Qualifications

➔ Proven experience in Branding, Marketing, Procurement or Advertising, with a focus on offline

channels.

➔ Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced

environment.

➔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams and external partners.

➔ Familiarity with vendor management and negotiation is a must.

➔ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

➔ Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tracking, analysis, and reporting.

➔ Ability to travel occasionally for sampling and meetings.

➔ Hands on knowledge of Ms Office.

➔ Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.

➔ Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business.
