About The Role

Your responsibilities

  • Guide and oversee a talented team responsible for complete order fulfilment, achieving on-time delivery without error or damage.
  • Understand and cater to major customer needs, delivering an exceptional level of service and fostering strong supply chain relationships.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop teams to support business growth, focusing on nurturing talent and advancing skills across the department.
  • Lead your team in achieving supply chain goals, focusing on strategic and tactical engagement to deliver outstanding results.
  • Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to proactively identify and seize opportunities for process improvement, enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to accomplish short and long-term objectives, ensuring alignment with our broader business strategy.

The experience we're looking for

  • Comprehensive experience in supply chain management within a consumer goods environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient with systems such as SAP and knowledgeable in modern supply chain technologies and practises.
  • A proven track record in building collaborative relationships both within the company and with external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively address challenges and maintain consumer satisfaction as a core business priority.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the acumen to interpret and relay complex supply chain information effectively.
  • Commitment to personal development and coaching, with an invested interest in the growth of team members.
