Building on our May session, participants delivered two solutions that highlight their deep understanding of sales and omnichannel strategies 🌐 Our colleague Mirco Vassallo engaged with the participants again, witnessing their impressive work, particularly in the #cruiseindustry. Big news for #YAT! Youth Accessibility Tourism! 🎉 The #CostaCrociereFoundation project in collaboration with AISM - Associazione Italiana Sclerosi Multipla, which supports a training course for young people with multiple sclerosis on accessible tourism, continues to evolve and add new destinations 🌍 In fact, thanks to the support of Costa's Land Experience department, the young people have the opportunity to put their #training into practice by testing first-hand some of the excursions to make them accessible and suitable for those who like a slow pace or families with prams 🧳 Four new Adagio Tours have been released in the cities of Bari, Catania, Katakolon (Greece) for Eastern Mediterranean cruises and Valencia for Western Mediterranean cruises! 🚢 YAT! Youth Accessibility Tourism is a unique project in the cruise industry to create inclusive, responsible and accessible tourism. Now 13 destinations can be visited allowing guests with mobility disabilities to enjoy 100% of the cruise experience at no extra cost. The initial tours were developed with the support of 15 women affected by multiple sclerosis. The project has since grown to include new destinations, involving six additional participants selected by #AISM 👥 These women and men contributed to the planning, ensuring all accessibility details were considered and mapping out routes according to AISM’s advanced international best practices. This experience also opened up #jobopportunities for the participants 💼 #AdagioTours are an ideal solution for those who love discovering the beauty of destinations at their own pace and without haste. They also meet the needs of people with mobility impairments, the elderly, and parents with strollers.
