Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are looking for Continuous Improvement Engineer, willing to join our Pomini Team, with a strong passion for technology and motivation to work within a challenging environment.
You will work in an environment characterized by high technology complexity.

Continuous Improvement Engineer provides leadership and direction to drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles throughout all operations and processes.

Specifically, he will be responsible for:

* Investigate, experiment, implement processes to maximize productivity.
* Ensure repeatable product quality and on-time delivery to our customer base.
* Plan data and actual measurable report, monitoring and improving selected measurables Key Performance Indicators on processes.
* Provide tactical coaching on Lean Methodology and Continuous Improvement Techniques.
* Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement by actively managing projects to improve overall quality.
* Evaluate current processes, determine their effectiveness, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies for improvement.
* Lead process improvement projects to meet business objectives and deliver quantifiable results using lean and six sigma methodologies.
* Proactive problem solving on the basis statistical analysis of corrective actions / assigned by Operation Manager or Total Quality Manager.
* Assist in leading lean implementation and layout optimization for new product development projects in the plant.
* Develop and maintain Quality Assurance programs, specifications, procedures, and equipment to meet process specifications according to the QHSE agreement guidelines.
* Responsible to improve and update the quality system procedures and ensure procedures are being followed properly.
* Responsible for maintaining and monitoring Statistical Process Control, including data entry, reporting, analyzing and reaction.
* Sustainability (Green) implementation (5R) on product and process.
* Install organizational supports for Continuous Improvement (reviews, communications, rewards, software) and digitalization.



Required profile:

* 5+ years' work experience in process improvement, continuous improvement or demonstrated performance in ETO or MTO operations.
* Bachelor's degree in business management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* SAP experience and user knowledge preferred.
* Experience in Lean Six Sigma and/or 5S.
* Knowledge of engineering principles, machine tools and plant equipment.
* Strong skills in MS Office and business intelligence for big data analysis.
* Certification or courses at the Green Belt or equivalent level in both Six Sigma and Lean
* Significant experience in enterprise-wide Lean manufacturing implementation with demonstrated positive impact to the organization.
* Analytical skills and methodically.
* Cooperation and teamwork.
* Aptitude for problem solving.
