'National Express' are a Local credit card company that has been operating in Jordan since 1992. We are proud to be the only national card using the Jordanian Dinar for all settlement purposes. We offer other financial services such as loans and instalments, through our vast merchant's network as well as settling utility bills. Dear Customer, You can submit a complaint to the customer complaints unit of the company by calling the following phone number (06 565754106), or by sending an email to: complaint@ne.jo. Knowing that National Express handles any complaint within a period of time not exceeding (30) working days from the date of submitting the complaint, and if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you can resort to the Central Bank of Jordan or resort to the legal judiciary. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new client relationships. - Maintain and enhance existing customer interactions. - Present and demonstrate the features of our credit card products. - Negotiate contracts effectively to close deals. - Achieve and exceed set sales targets. We are hiring a "Technical Support" with the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Familiarity with help desk software and remote desktop tools is a plus. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
