Quality control testing for raw materials and finished products! Need to ensure the quality of your cement? Quality assurance is crucial at cement production sites to provide reliable analytical data for process control. We follow best practices in sample preparation and use calibration curves on X-ray fluorescence (XRF) instruments, adhering to ISO 29581-2 standards for accurate, repeatable, and reliable analyses. Our Unique Approach to Quality Assurance • Dedicated Calibration: We utilize a set of 21 precise calibration standards as fused beads, alongside 2 validation and 2 drift correction standards, to ensure highly accurate results. • Consistent Performance: Our validation tests on the NIST SRM1889a standard, conducted ten times, demonstrate consistent results with minimal variation, meeting ISO 29581-2 standards. • ISO Compliance: Our method surpasses ISO requirements for repeatability, accuracy, and reproducibility. Why Fused Beads and Pressed Pellets? Fused beads improve the accuracy of non-volatile element analysis by eliminating variability due to mineralogical differences. Pressed pellets improve accuracy for volatile elements and are sufficient for routine analysis of non- volatile elements. Cutting-Edge Technology for Cement Quality We use the ZSX Primus III NEXT WDXRF for routine testing at cement production sites, ensuring quality assurance for process control.
