What are we looking for?

A PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who must be located in CIUDAD DE MEXICO and have the mission of developing and implementing strategic communication plans that effectively promote the company’s brand and services to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality results.

What Challenges will you face?

• Evaluation and development of photovoltaic, wind, and storage (BESS) projects from early stages of development to operational status, obtaining all the necessary permits, and optimizing the investment through the most efficient and adequate technical design
• Develop photovoltaic, wind, and storage projects to achieve Ready to Build status and financial closing, supervised by a PD director.
• Seek, evaluate, negotiate, and manage projects developed by third parties for their acquisition.
• Search and analyze new greenfield project opportunities.
• Coordinate project costs with all the related areas (e.g. construction, ESG, engineering, H&S, asset management) to achieve the most competitive energy prices.
• Obtain all environmental and sectoral permits necessary for the construction and operation of the plants.
• Obtain approval for the interconnection point with CENACE.
• Negotiate with owners and process the necessary permits or authorizations for the project with the competent agencies.
• Control development budget.
• Support in the due diligence during the financial process.
• Report the status of the projects

What specific knowledge do you require?

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental or Industrial Engineering
• at least 4-6 years in similar roles experience or developing similar tasks experience in PV and/or wind projects
• English intermediate-advanced
