Meet Elisa! 🙋♀️ This is Elisa, 30 years old and Assembly Operator at Anteryon B.V.! Elisa, originally from Romania, has been working for Anteryon since august 2023. As an Assembly Operator she is responsible for calibrating and assembling parts of our optical scanners. Before starting at Anteryon, Elisa already had some experience in assembly in a larger corporation but she specifically choose for a new challenge in a more family-like company. Anteryon has smaller teams then what she was used to, which makes her feel like she really got to know all of her colleagues. During the interview she already felt the friendly atmosphere at Anteryon, and this has never failed her ever since. What makes someone successful at Anteryon according to Elisa is to have some sense of perfectionism. Because they have to work with such small and precise components there is little room for error. This perfectionism is also something that Elisa lives by in her spare time, where she is making sculptures and painting as a hobby artist. 🎨 #kennismaken #Operator #techniek #anteryon #Romania #optiek

Meet Dean! 🙋♂️ This is Dean, South-African from origin, 29 years of age and Opto-mechanical Professional at Anteryon! Dean is one of our newest assets at Anteryon B.V., as he has been working for us since last February! As an Opto-mechanical Professional Dean is responsible for the processing of our glass products. To really understand how to fabricate and process our glass products we invented a training program where our employees get to learn first hand how to do so! In a total of 10 different steps they will become an allround Opto-mechanical professional. Currently Dean is focusing on learning to use our grinding and polishing tools, as well as the usage of our measuring tools. Dean used to work in a totally different environment, as he used to self-employed in web-design! However he chose to change his profession due to the development possibilities at Anteryon and in the high-tech industry. 📈 In his spare time Dean loves to ride his bike in the peaceful countryside of the Kempen with his family. Besides keeping active, Dean also performs as a guitarist on different ventures like weddings and such, with Eric Clapton as his big inspiration. 🎸 #Anteryon #optomechanic #optics #Southafrica #ericclaption #kennismaken

Meet Niels! 🙋♂️ This is Niels, 25 years old and Process Engineer at Anteryon B.V. since last December! As a Process Engineer at Anteryon, Niels is responsible for improvement and optimization projects in our assembly department. After only a couple of months, Niels already introduced stand-up meetings with the Teamleader and Operators to discuss the issues and to have a more clear communication across the department. Niels became aware of the vacancy at Anteryon through and old colleague of his. During the application process he became even more enthusiastic about Anteryon as well as the job due to the clear plans and expectations that were presented during the interview. One of these things was the focus on growth in the (near) future, personal as well as company-wise. Niels experienced this focus first hand when he was asked to go to China to visit suppliers in his first months! That he was able to go there was already a token of trust and responsibility that Niels earned in a very short time.   Niels likes to be social in his job, as well as in his spare time. Therefore he likes to do activities like padel, going out for food or drinks or going on a weekend trip with his friends or girlfriend. Meet Violeta! 🙋♀️   This is Violeta, Spanish from origin, 28 years of age and Equipment Engineer at Anteryon B.V.! Violeta has been working for us since august 2023, after she moved to the Netherlands in 2021. As an Equipment engineer she is assisting on developing an application to store and structure data from production which allows us insight into our processes. One of the reasons that she chose for us is the amount of freedom that is given at Anteryon. When she has a good idea there is more than enough room to pursue the possibilities. This, in addition to the friendly and helpful culture, makes it a very nice place to work! Besides going to work, Violeta also likes to keep busy in her private life. She loves to do CrossFit(5 times a week!) or to follow dance classes in Bachata and Salsa. This sporty lifestyle keeps her fit, and makes sure that she doesn’t have to think twice wen there is cake in the office 🍰.   Violeta is not nearly done learning! She wants to be more fluent in Dutch, as well as mastering JavaScript. Gisteren was het weer tijd voor het Meet & Match Event van de Fontys Engineering Hogeschool in het Klokgebouw! Namen Anteryon B.V. waren Shuchi Gupta, Japie van der Westhuizen en Thomas Kokken aanwezig om zo'n 1750 studenten te woord te staan over de wondere wereld van optiek.
