🏁🏎️Twee weken geleden gingen we met Cellnex Netherlands vol enthousiasme het laser gamen en karten avontuur aan bij Coronel Kart Racing tijdens ons #summerevent. De vonken vlogen eraf, want de winnaarsmentaliteit zat in ons allemaal. Van de bloedstollende eerste heats tot de zinderende finale en de feestelijke prijsuitreiking. Na afloop hebben we de adrenaline laten zakken met een smakelijke indoor barbecue. Net als bij eerdere avonturen, op het zonovergoten Scheveningse strand en onze La Casa de Papel-ervaring in Utrecht, was het weer een dag vol vreugde en verbondenheid met onze fantastische collega's. Dit smaakt zonder twijfel naar meer! We kijken reikhalzend uit naar de events rond Sinterklaas en Kerst.🎄✨ - Two weeks ago, we enthusiastically embarked on the laser gaming and karting adventure with Cellnex Netherlands at Coronel Kart Racing for our #summerevent. The sparks flew, because the winner's mentality was in all of us. From the exciting first heats to the thrilling final and the festive award ceremony. Afterwards, we lowered the adrenaline with a tasty indoor barbecue. Just like previous adventures, on the sun-drenched Scheveningen beach and our La Casa de Papel experience in Utrecht, it was another day full of joy and bonding with our fantastic colleagues. 🌟🚀 Succesvolle afsluiting van onze #YouthChallenge! 🌟🚀 Op ons kantoor in Utrecht ontvingen we 11 enthousiaste jongeren voor een inspirerende middag. De dag begon met een boeiende HR-workshop, verzorgd door het HR team bestaande uit Marcha van de Ven, Airi Roelofsen en Sanne Pipping. Zij deelden waardevolle inzichten en praktische tips over het betreden van de arbeidsmarkt, variërend van het opstellen van een overtuigend cv tot het effectief presenteren van zichzelf. Na deze workshop volgde de Career Speed Date ronde, waarbij onze toegewijde collega's uit diverse vakgebieden de tijd namen om gesprekken te voeren met de deelnemende jongeren. Dit bood de kans om persoonlijk advies te krijgen en meer te leren over verschillende carrièrepaden binnen ons bedrijf. Bij #Cellnex Netherlands blijven we toegewijd aan het stimuleren van talent en het bouwen aan een succesvolle toekomst. De Youth Challenge heeft ons nogmaals bevestigd dat de jeugd de drijvende kracht is achter vooruitgang en innovatie. Onze oprechte dank gaat uit naar alle deelnemers, het organisatieteam en onze geweldige collega's die hebben bijgedragen aan het succes van dit evenement. -- 🌟🚀 Successful finish to our #YouthChallenge! 🌟🚀   At our Utrecht office, we welcomed 11 enthusiastic young people for an inspiring day full of discoveries and growth.   The day started with an exciting HR workshop, provided by the HR team consisting of Marcha van de Ven, Airi Roelofsen and Sanne Pipping. They shared valuable insights and practical tips on entering the job market, ranging from creating a convincing resume to presenting themselves effectively.   This workshop was followed by the Career Speed Date round, where our dedicated colleagues from various fields took the time to conduct interviews with all of the participating young people. This provided an opportunity to get personalized advice and learn more about different career paths within our company.   At Cellnex Netherlands, we remain committed to fostering talent and building a successful future.
