Colleagues from around the world gathered to learn, connect, and share insights. 🙌 ✨ Highlights included inspiring sessions on business development, project delivery, and transformation. Speed networking was fantastic for team building and motivation. 🌟 With all the new info, our fun, ambitious Dutch team is excited to better serve our Executive Search clients, driving progress and transformation with renewed energy. ☀️🍹 Our annual summer party was amazing, with colleagues from 4 continents and 25+ offices celebrating achievements and strengthening bonds.   • ⚽ Kienbaum SPORT proud partner of the #neuland congress, embedded in one of Germany's largest sporting events, the CHIO Aachen 2024. ⚽Under the motto "Dare Now for Tomorrow", everything was all about sports, business and innovation. Both days of the congress were focussed on digitalization, AI, connected mobility, energy, deep tech, entrepreneurship and sports in order to focus on the future-oriented role of digitization and technologies such as AI for our society and economy. 🗨️ Kienbaum Head of Data Science Michael Kind spoke in the panel "AI in the sports business: innovation driver or job killer?" about the challenges and opportunities of AI in the sports business, especially with regard to the topic of compensation structures. 🗨️ Kienbaum Sports Managing Director Michael Kresser moderated the future-oriented panel on Leadership in Sport in 2030. #sportsleadership #executivesearch #euro2024 #sportsinnovation

  • What the #*@! is HR Doing? How is the "hype" around the HR function developing, asks Professor Walter Jochmann, Managing Director at Kienbaum Consultants International. Is HR future-oriented? Four fields of action can contribute to the further development of the HR function. * The results of the HR trend study on the maturity of the HR function show an interesting self-assessment: Most companies currently see important areas of development, especially in the areas of administration, processes, IT infrastructure and digitalization. * According to the survey results from the study, 60 percent of companies currently move in the classic spectrum between an HR functional organization, the Dave Ulrich model and a multi-pillar model. * The favored target operating model in larger companies is a multi-pillar model with relative stability compared to the previous year. * In smaller companies, on the other hand, a traditional functional organization is currently found in the majority of cases. Four fields of action can make a concrete contribution to the further development of the HR function: 1. Enabling transformation towards agility, robustness, customer centricity and digitalization:. 2. Goal-oriented filling of positions critical to success. 3.
