Last week we celebrated our 1️1th birthday in our offices around the world. 🎈 For this occasion, we organized a birthday cake for every office 🎂 Look how different they all turned out! Just as diverse as all of our +200 Solyans in 7 countries. 🎊 We are very proud of everything our multiple teams have achieved in the last years and are very excited about what’s ahead of us. Together, we stay true to our mission to be a key player in the transition towards renewable energy. Solar energy for all? It's possible! ☀️🌍 Cheers to another 11 years! 🥂

Sustainably grown fruits powered by solar? It's possible! 🍏🍐 Last year, we received an inquiry from Dobbelaar, a fruit farm in the south of the Netherlands, Zeeland. One of their largest customers, a major Dutch supermarket chain, required that their apples and pears be sustainably grown using green energy. Given the fact that Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands, solar power was the perfect solution for the company. After an initial phone consultation, one of our advisors visited the farm. During this personal consultation, all options were thoroughly discussed. Dobbelaar ultimately chose a solar system comprising 274 panels and 4 inverters, spread across 2 connections. The company had one important condition for Soly: the system had to be installed before the start of the harvest season. ⏳ Not only did our team successfully completed the rapid installation, but also the company now generates enough sustainable electricity to cover a large portion of their energy needs. Despite this year's gloomy spring in the Netherlands, the amount of solar energy generated so far looks very sunny! ☀️ 👉 Do you also want to make your company more sustainable? 🚀 Get ready for some big news! As we all know, the climate crisis cannot be solved on a local level. We need to act on a global scale. That is why we are already active in 8 different markets. Besides that, we have invested big time in our proprietary tech-platform and launched 4 new products and services in just a year time. All with one goal: to contribute to solving the climate crisis by providing the most affordable, clean, emission-free energy via an interconnected ecosystem of products and services. As we continue to scaling as a company and expand to new markets, our marketing department has been growing too. 🚀 Earlier this week we hosted our Marketing Strategy Days and brought our marketing, content and design specialist from 6 of our Soly offices worldwide to align our vision for Soly's future in the coming months as part of our mission to make solar energy accessible to all. ☀️ ➡️ We brainstormed campaign ideas and established a collaborative foundation for our teams to work together more effectively ➡️ We identified key projects for Q3 and discussed what we need from each other to ensure success ➡️ Last but not least, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect in person.
