A token of appreciation, we were surprised with that yesterday... and secretly I can tell you that the box is almost empty ;-). We were approached to help solve a major crisis. The expected assemblies, required for a specific process, unexpectedly turned out to be no longer in stock, causing the entire production to come to a standstill. We have done everything we can to help this customer. A lot of work has been done on both sides in this exceptional situation, with even home deliveries to promote speed. Fortunately, the result was a relieved customer and a team at UltraPure International & Hitma Single-Use who were able to enjoy the delivered chocolates with satisfaction. #teamwork #singleuse #assemblies Een blijk van waardering, daar werden we mee verrast gisteren... en stiekem kan ik je vertellen dat het doosje al bijna leeg is ;-).  We werden benaderd om te helpen met het oplossen van een grote crisis. De verwachte assemblies, nodig voor een specifiek proces, bleken onverwacht niet meer op voorraad, waardoor de gehele productie stil stond. We hebben alles op alles gezet om deze klant te helpen. Van beide kanten is er flink wat werk gezet bij deze uitzonderlijke situatie, met zelfs thuisleveringen om de snelheid te bevorderen. Gelukkig met als resultaat een opgeluchte klant en een team bij UltraPure International & Hitma Single Use dat tevreden konden genieten van de gebrachte bonbons.

Well, you don't have to worry 😉 First of all, we divided our team into 2 shifts, because normal work had to continue as usual. And in addition, part of the training took place in one of our meeting rooms, where the theoretical side was discussed.
