We were at it once again! 👏 To keep up with this first half year of exec events, we decided to host a 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 at our Amsterdam HQ. Together with Pera, we invited TA and HR leaders to join us for a panel discussion with our amazing speakers, Rina Joosten-Rabou, CEO at Pera, and Hung Lee, Mr. Recruiting Brainfood himself. It’s always such a great feeling to welcome an incredible and diverse audience from the TA scene and share an evening full of thought-provoking conversations, knowledge sharing, delicious food, and networking. ✨ THE question of the evening was, "What has AI done in TA so far in 2024?" 🤖🚀 and we aimed to make it a practical session where everyone could share their experiences and leave the event with actionable takeaways. Definitely not. • Partnered with over 10 new clients, including citizenM hotels, Roamler and Storio group • Offered 5 KeenAcademy trainings led by industry experts and our very own Talent Partners • Kicked off a partnership with Alleo to enable a flexible benefits programme • Welcomed 85+ recruitment professionals at our HQ for the first in-person Recruitment Slackers Meetup • Hosted our first exec breakfast session together with Settly, inviting Brooke Nayden for a fireside chat on talent strategy • Levelled up our exec events by hosting a roundtable dinner at the A'DAM Toren for TA/HR leaders, partnering with the hottest tools out there, Metaview and Ashby The list could go on, but we recall saying it would be a short summary. 😎 Apart from these highlights, all our Talent Partners have been doing an amazing job so far, so we’d like to give a big shoutout to you all. Last Friday, our Talent Partner Keisha led an incredible internal workshop to raise awareness about neurodiversity in the workplace. 👨💻 She delved deeply into the benefits of neurodiversity inclusion, the skills this talent can bring to the table, and how to accommodate them during the hiring process. It is important to highlight that adopting neurodiversity in your recruitment strategy is a no-brainer. 🧠✨ The impact is evident with improved employee engagement, a broader talent pool, increased creativity, innovation, and productivity, as well as a variation in perspectives and problem-solving techniques. 👏 Special shoutout to Keisha for being such an inspiring DE&I advocate and for sharing her insights with us.
