Role: Head of Sales

Location: Randstad area

Language: Dutch

WFH policy: 2-3 days office

Industry: Conversational AI

Size and functions of local team:

  • 2-3 AEs in NL, 1 Partnership Manager in Germany, 2 SDRs, 2 CSMs


Outcomes:

  • Achieve or exceed the revenue targets and sales goals
  • Successfully lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Expand the client base and increase the ACV from 20K to 30K.
  • Optimize the sales process and pipeline management to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention (>100% NRR)
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, and performance reports to the executive team.


Competencies / unique skills:

  • Knowing what it is needed to go from 1-10mio ARR in a high paced SaaS company
  • High level of commitment, should feel like one of the founders.
  • Being able to switch between strategy (GTM) and operations (closing deals and leading the team). Should excel at both.
  • Experience with Winning-by-design and driving the revenue operations to market-leading standards.
  • Eye for detail, excellent understanding what’s going on with clients and in the market and how to adapt accordingly it.
  • Strong people skills: understand how to be accepted by the current team and know how to motivate them

Must haves:

  • Experience in Mid-Market B2B SaaS sales (20-30K ACV)
  • Eager to learn, no big ego
  • High energy, top sport mentality
  • Experience working at early-stage, rapidly growing SaaS companies (recently!)
  • Intelligent
  • Can help strategically, but very, very willing to be hands-on
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience with Winning by Design


Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to €250K OTE, 50/50 or 60/40 split + SAR
