Business Analyst

The Role

We are looking for a Dutch speaking Business Analyst, to join our Netherlands office, working closely with stakeholders, to deliver added value solutions to Solera’s customers. The applications and services you will be assigned to:

• VRA: With the Power of Attorney Result Analysis (VRA) you have a periodic insight into the result development of your power of attorney portfolio. You can see where the growth is, where the claims ratios or combined ratios are good or less good, and identify possible causes of the result. You also have an easy view of the many claimers and the results of specific groups in motor vehicles in order to arrive at an action plan. The results are made available via a QlikSense application within the Market Scan platform.

• CHV: With Clearing House Proxies, Market Scan offers a service to proxy insurers to collect and process NVGA Financial, Policy & Damage files. Market Scan processes and merges the policy and damage files in such a way that they can be easily and quickly added to a data warehouse and the insurer's ledger. Quality is guaranteed by various plausibility checks. With CHV, the insurer has monthly information provision and customized output, in accordance with the format and level of detail desired by the insurer. This guarantees alignment with the insurer's internal processes.

What You'll Do

• Gain in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s), including personas and use cases

• Align with Solera’s Demand Management process in order to prioritize features with the highest value

• Elaboration of requirements by defining epics and user stories including registration in JIRA

• Performing (automated) testing including acceptance testing by customer(s) group(s) and testing evidence for ISAE3402 audits

• Develop product documentation such as user guides and release notes

• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures

• Handling 2nd and 3rd line service request

• Support sales and account management with in-depth product knowledge during (online) product presentations

What You'll Bring

• At least 3 years of business analyst experience with B2B web applications

• Dutch mandatory. Strong written and communication skills in English, additional languages can be a plus

• Problem-solving, analytical skills and conceptual skills

• Excellent communication and team skills, can communicate requirements efficiently to the teams involved
