The opportunity: Chief Operating Officer

As our COO, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing all operational aspects of myTomorrows. As the centre point between patients, physicians and pharmaceutical companies, Operations is the beating heart of this organization.

You are joining us at a great time. A strong foundation has been built, and we are ready for the next phase. You will facilitate world-class operational effectiveness through our platform, and build/lead a high-performing team.

What You Will Be Doing In This Role

• Strategically lead operations, resulting in high-quality services and client satisfaction.
• Enable growth by developing and implementing strategies and tactics, aligning with company goals.
• Drive a data-driven culture by implementing data strategies and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all departments.
• Lead and support a team of 30+ specialists (including Regulatory Affairs &, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Site Management, Program Management), with 5 direct reports (at the moment).
• Develop and maintain knowledge on national and international regulations regarding EAP and Clinical Trials.
• Working closely with the Commercial team to drive Customer Success and expand business opportunities.
• Partnering with our Product & Engineering team to ensure we continue to build the most scalable platform solution.
• Manage budgets and assess the financial implications of decisions for Operations.

• Expertise in a strategic and complex operation's role, ideally within the digital health or pharmaceutical space.
• You understand our industry, and ideally know who the players are.
• Experience taking one or more companies from startup to scale-up.
• You understand the growth journey we are on, and what it takes to do this successfully.
• Highly ambitious and driven to build the next health tech unicorn with us.
• You love finding solutions for really tough challenges, and you are a true optimist and well as pragmatic.
• Excellent leadership skills. You know how to hire the right people and build a high-performing & engaged team.
