Bynder's Internal Analytics platform is essential for streamlining our product and business growth by providing best-in-class data and insights to our stakeholders precisely when they need it. We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst who will contribute to the technical and analytical efforts of our team, ensuring data-driven decisions and solutions.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes across the organization.

Product Analytics: Conduct in-depth product analytics to identify key trends, user behaviors, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with product teams to drive data-informed decisions and enhance overall product performance.

Report Generation: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like DBT, Snowflake, and ThoughtSpot to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that drive business value. Collaborate with other teams in Bynder’s Data Group to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Technical Contribution: Utilize your technical skills to manage and manipulate large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to continuously improve our data practices.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in data analytics, with hands-on experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential. Experience in DBT, data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake) or machine learning is a plus.

Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders and engineers to deliver exceptional outputs.
