Functieoverzicht: 
Diebold Nixdorf EV Charging Services komen met een unieke set consumentgerichte technologieën en apparatuur en moeten proactief end-to-end beheerd worden door een professioneel team, net als de rest van het IT Ecosysteem. Het DN AllConnect Services℠ team biedt EV charging services aan onze klanten.
Als Field Service Engineer word je volledig opgeleid in het onderhoud van Electronic Vehicle Charging (EVC) units en onze ATM en Retail producten. Je reist door delen van Nederland en verricht technisch onderhoud aan de EVC hardware en software bij klanten.
U werkt volgens de hoogste normen om de klanttevredenheid te garanderen, en biedt geplande inspecties, reiniging en andere diensten om kleine productreparaties uit te voeren binnen een toegewezen gebied.
Responsibilities

• Incident handling en maakt gebruik van diagnostische instrumenten om troubleshooting uit te voeren via gedetailleerde analyse van hardware en software storingen.
• Configureert en installeert toepasselijke software. EVC Preventief Onderhoud.
• Installeren, verplaatsen, toevoegen, wijzigen en verwijderen van hardware- en softwareproducten. Opleiding van klanten
• Observeert technische of procesproblemen, informeert manager / ander relevant personeel en doet aanbevelingen voor verbetering en vult alle vereiste papieren in.
• Geeft technische feedback over apparatuur, systemen en processen om de algehele dienstverlening te verbeteren.
• Proactieve ondersteuning van de behoeften van andere teamleden, het verstrekken van technische bijstand en expertise.
  

Qualifications
Vereiste kwalificaties:

• MBO3 of MBO4 in Elektro, Elektricien of Mechatronica.
• preekt vloeiend Nederlands en matig Engels.
• Beschikken over een volledig rijbewijs.
• Flexibiliteit om één zaterdag per twee weken te werken.
  

Aanbevolen kwalificaties:

• Idealiter heb je het VCA certificaat en het NEN3140 certificaat, maar we kunnen een opleiding verzorgen.

Position Overview: 
Diebold Nixdorf EV Charging Services come with a unique set of consumer-facing technologies and equipment and must be proactively managed end-to-end by a professional team, just like the rest of the IT Ecosystem. The DN AllConnect Services℠ team offers EV charging services to our clients.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be fully trained up on the maintenance of Electronic Vehicle Charging (EVC) units and our ATM and Retail products. Travelling across parts of the Netherlands, you will provide technical maintenance for the EVC hardware and software on customers premises.
Working to the highest of standards to ensure customer ensure customer satisfaction, you will provide scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services to perform minor product repairs within an assigned territory.  
Key Responsibilities:

• Incident handling and utilizes diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting via detailed analysis of hardware and software failures. 
• Configures and installs applicable software. EVC Preventive Maintenance.
• Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products.
• Customer Training
• Observes technical or process problems, informing manager / other relevant personnel and offering improvement recommendations and completing all required paperwork.
• Provides technical feedback on equipment, systems and processes to improve overall service delivery. 
• Proactively supports the needs of other team members, providing technical assistance and expertise.  
  

Required Qualifications:

• MBO3 or MBO4 in Electrics, Electrician or Mechatronics. 
• Speak fluent in Dutch and intermediate English.
• Have a full driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work one Saturday every two weeks.
  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Ideally have the VCA certification and NEN3140 certification, however we can provide training.
