Job Offer: HSE Manager

Company: Oil & Gas Sector

Location: Netherlands, Rotterdam

Mobilization: June 2024

Duration: 18 months, with possibility of extension

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager for our client in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management Team in implementing HSE innovations, trainings, and work methods.
  • Prepare the HSE Plan and relevant HSE documents.
  • Monitor the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Conduct incident/accident investigations and monitor corrective action performance.
  • Update safety statistics.
  • Coordinate a team of HSE Supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification to operate as an HSE professional (VCA certificate).
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • IT skills: Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE within the Oil & Gas industry.
