About The Position

Join our Emerging Markets Innovation Team to lead essential business growth initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful management and execution of key projects in emerging markets. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of internal and external data to drive net revenue and gross margin growth, creating and maintaining business factbooks for C-suite market reviews, and supporting the Head of R&D and CMO in preparing materials for executive committee and board meetings. You will oversee our key projects, align stakeholders and functions, establish meeting routines, and track deliverables and actions.

The focus of the role is to offer insights and recommendations for positive change, beyond just data analytics. We seek an excel expert with strong business acumen, who demonstrates a proactive approach with key stakeholders and excels in clear communication.

Your Primary Role And Responsibilities Include

• Working in partnership with a wide range of internal partners: Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D and Quality teams along with key external partners as required
• Assisting with project planning, scheduling, monitoring, tracking of actions and performance.
• Effectively manage the capacity and availability of project resources.
• Identifying and highlighting project resource(s) constraints and conflicts.
• Tracking project progress and performance metrics. Providing regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between project teams and business units/regions.
• Supporting strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Providing data analytics driven insights.
• Be accountable and responsible to act as project manager on high profile projects typically supported by the executive committee
• Collaborate with associates across functions globally to identify, understand, design and plan to solve problems
• Collect, review and report data input during company planning process
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis or market research when specified
• Ensure clarity on competitor insights and benchmarking
  
  

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, finance, economics, business, or a related field and over two years of experience at a management consultancy or a bank. You excel in driving insight and solving problems based on facts and data, with a strong emphasis on building a high-quality audit trail and a good working knowledge of Excel, and Access is a nice to have. You have zero defects in your logical problem-solving skills, the ability to identify problems with data quality, and minimize reporting errors. As a well-organized individual, you are dedicated to quality and integrity, contributing effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You are a self-motivator who enjoys solving problems, and you communicate clearly and effectively with excellent written and verbal skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to put in hard work and determination, and you embrace the ownership needed to make an impact. You demonstrate skill in managing projects and have strong stakeholder management skills. Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn, you exhibit a can-do mentality, are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, and work independently. Additionally, you are flexible, energetic, and willing to adapt within a fast-changing environment.
