We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to join the team and help to expand the company presence in Central Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Mission


To develop and consolidate new and existing business within the industrial market. Identifying business opportunities, presenting company technical clay/mineral solutions, advising on applications or reaching sales targets would be some of your key responsibilities.


Responsibilities


  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. 1/3 current client management, 1/3 new client management, 1/3 new business management.
  • Choose the customers/factories, identify the goals, presentations, show our products, deal.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Following them, visit them, find opportunity to improve, updated our customers.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Ready to travel 60% of the time, through Central Europe: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
  • Trade Show Attendance.
  • Providing Market Insights: To the RTI area.


Qualifications


  • General Education / Technical Skills: Chemistry, Comex or similar Degree (not excluding others degrees).
  • Professional experience: Technical Background. Minimum 4-5 years selling
  • Knowledge of the Area.
  • Experience in Selling Chemical Products, industrial additives for construction and paints, animal feed, and/or environmental products.
  • Personnel Competences: Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
  • Languages: English fluent and another language would be a plus (french or german)
